Porsche racing posters as a 2026 calendar

This fantastic Porsche Calendar 2026 continues the tradition of this award-winning graphic and design history, which Porsche maintained after the death of Erich Streicher, and presents twelve exquisite motifs. It also includes information on the races portrayed and the racing and road cars depicted.

It was the Porsche 356 that helped the then little-known sports car manufacturer Porsche achieve the cult status it still enjoys today. When customers won the first races with this model in 1951, graphic designer Erich Strenger drew a poster to draw attention to the young company. It showed the Porsche winning the classic “24 Hours of Le Mans” in the category up to 1,100 cc.

This was more or less the starting signal for an entire series of posters with which Porsche communicated its more than one hundred victories in various circuit races and on the Grand Prix and rally tracks of the world. However, it is not only the many victories that are remarkable, but also the unique, memorable design language developed by Strenger and refined over decades. Many of these posters have become coveted and highly traded collector’s items.

Type 7 Volume Five – the latest volume in the Type 7 book series.

Designed with great attention to detail and carefully curated, the fifth annual edition distils the best of Type 7 in its purest form. It comes in striking, protective mailing packaging with a collage of photographs and artwork from inside the book.

Published in a limited edition, the specially designed cardboard tear-off tab – in the shape of the Type 7 logo – peels away to reveal a striking orange slipcase. Five years of Type 7 are reflected in five individual artworks designed by creatives portrayed in the book:

Brittany Fanning’s distinctive surrealist style features a cat lounging casually on the hood of a Porsche 911; Damon Way, co-founder of DC Shoes, stages a Porsche 944 inspired by Joy Division artwork; a 911 rev limiter jets toward the red zone; Aiden de Cadenet’s inherited Porsche 356 bathes in the Mulholland Drive sunset; and a historic Porsche 911 rally car struggles through a special stage in a period photo. Metallic inks and glued-in special pages run throughout the book, creating an experience that is as surprising as the stories and striking photography within.

Once the slipcase is removed and the book opened, Type 7 Volume Five delves deeper than ever – with portraits of internationally recognized artists such as Keita Morimoto, visionary architecture from the brutalist austerity of Marcel Breuer to the modern minimalism of Not A Hotel, and an exploration of the timeless fascination of automotive design and culture.

Life in the fast lane – 25 years of Porsche racing cars

Here comes Rainer W. Schlegelmilch’s thrilling series of pictures!

Rainer W. Schlegelmilch was at the racetrack for the first time in 1962 – the 1,000 km on the Nürburgring. This sparked a lifelong passion for Porsche and racing that still burns today.

This captivating book begins in 1963 and invites you into another time and another world with breathtaking photographs. It is a personal photographic journey through the history of Porsche endurance racing, from Le Mans to the Targa Florio and Spa-Francorchamps to Monza. Schlegelmilch tells fascinating stories of the race tracks in his visual language and short texts.

In this book, the cars are the heroes – page after page, he documents his deep admiration for the vehicles and their legendary design. From the purpose-built prototypes from the 1960s – the 550, 718, RS and RSK models – to the powerful 907 and 908 and the most iconic Porsche racing cars of all time, the 917, the 962 and of course the timeless Porsche 911. Schlegelmilch has photographed them all. And he captured them with his unique zoom technique.

His photographs are hypnotic. No wonder his colleagues called him the Zoom Master. Whether in black and white or in color, you can feel the pull of the cars speeding by. This book is for true Porsche enthusiasts, but it’s about more than just cars. From the shots of well-rehearsed teams to the racing drivers engrossed in conversation, from the oil-smeared hands of the mechanics working on the engine to the cracked asphalt – Schlegelmilch takes you into the real world of motorsport: behind the glamor and into the dusty, petrol and oil-scented universe of racing.
