take no more than 2 clicks to arrive at specific link page
have links organized by categories
link directly to our URL (not a database or re-direct link)
use our linking information provided
have your own domain name (no Tripod, Angelfire, etc.)
have at least one website linking to your website
be free of popup ads
have relatively quick loading pages
have good site design
not redirect to another domain name
be family-friendly
